TEMPO Store is an online store which sells published works, both printed and digital, namely: Tempo Weekly News Magazine, Tempo English Edition, Tempo Newspaper, Tempo.co, Komunika, Travelounge, Aha Aku Tahu, Tempo and Photo Stock. TEMPO Store is managed by PT. Tempo Inti Media, Tbk, ("Tempo") a company formed according to the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, located at Jl. Palmerah Barat No. 8, South Jakarta.

In order to purchase TEMPO Store products, you must agree to the condition which we have established. If you have any objection to the condition we have set, we suggest that you leave the TEMPO Store website.

Tempo may develop and change the contents, materials, appearance, and policies regarding the management of TEMPO Store without giving prior notice. Such changes may take place starting from an item's initial publication at TEMPO Store. In this regard, we consider that you have agreed to such changes.

In order to protect your account, we suggest that you make your password secret/private. You are responsible for any activities that occur with or through your Tempo Account. It is recommended that you do not reuse your Tempo Account password on third-party applications or programs. We reserve the right to verify the information which you provide on the registration form. If we find that any of the information which you have provided is inaccurate or not in line with the registration form, we reserve the right to close your Tempo Account.

Underage Customers

According to Indonesian Civil Law, parties who are deemed to be adults and capable of taking legally binding action are those who have reached the age of 21 years and above.

For customers under the age of 21, we require they first consult their parents or guardian before using and agreeing to the terms which are in effect at the TEMPO Store.

Prohibitions

As a customer of the TEMPO Store, you are not allowed to do the following:

1. Disseminating information or content which contains elements of SARA (disparaging certain ethnicities, religions, races or intergroup relations) or pornography, or which is in violation of the laws in effect in the State of Indonesia.
2. Committing activities or actions which can damage the system, whether through the use of automatic equipment or manual use.
3. Disseminating electronic viruses, spam, illegal content, or other similar applications of technology which disrupt, is detrimental to, or even damages the system of the TEMPO Store website.
4. Take or gather personal information on other customers (such as email addresses or other personal information).
5. Copying/reproducing, downloading, saving, uploading, posting, displaying, utilizing, reselling, manipulating, adapting, or adopting products of the TEMPO Store without written authorization from Tempo.
6. Pemakaian foto tokoh untuk kepentingan penerbitan selain pers, harus seijin tokoh yang bersangkutan.

If you are found guilty beyond a doubt of committing any of the above prohibited actions, Tempo will process the case according to the legal stipulations in effect.

Privacy Protection and Intellectual Property

Privacy Policy, Tempo explains how we handle the private customer data and protect customer privacy at the time products are used and purchased at the TEMPO Store. By using and purchasing products at the Tempo Store, you are agreeing that Tempo can utilize this data according its privacy policy.

Tempo provides a service for storing and selling Customer Content at TEMPO Store. We respect the intellectual property rights of the Customers over such content.

In order to use this service, you must first register and agree to the terms and conditions which we have set.

When uploading or sending content to TEMPO Store, please understand that you are giving a global license (consent) to Tempo to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, produce derivative works, communicate, publish, performs/display in public, and distribute the content, and authorizes Tempo to sell the content. Through this consent you receive the right to profit sharing from the sales of your content.

Modification and Stoppage of TEMPO Store Services

We continually change and update the TEMPO Store. We may add or remove certain functions or features, and can also suspend or stop services completely. If we plan to stop a certain service, we will do our best to provide an early notice.

TEMPO Store Limitation of Responsibility

There are limits to our responsibility for the TEMPO Store. Tempo does not take full responsibility for:

1. Late delivery or loss of printed Tempo products which are sent by shipping/courier companies;
2. Disruptions to access to the TEMPO Store website and/or failure to download Tempo Digital products resulting from connection problems from the customer's internet provider.
3. Failed payment transactions caused by a bank or online payment service company.
4. Transactions or cooperation you establish with third parties via hyperlinks on the TEMPO Store website.
5. Intellectual rights violations done by parties with hyperlinks on the TEMPO Store website.

Tempo takes limited responsibility if the Content that you sell on the TEMPO Store is used by a Buyer in ways that are considered to be irresponsible, unlawful, or not in accordance with prevailing norms. It is Tempo's responsibility to give complete data and information to the buyers of your content.
